2020/21 Financial Aid Application Form for Seven Summits Centre for Learning

Seven Summits Centre for Learning is an inclusive learning environment and provides an exceptional high school education to students in Grades 8-12 from its base in Rossland, BC and beyond. We are committed to maintaining accessibility but please be aware that our ability to provide financial aid is a limited resource. Financial aid will be determined on a case by case basis by the Visions for Small Schools Board of Directors. Applicants must provide a copy of a current income tax return and attend an interview. Your combined family income must be under $40,000 to be eligible for any financial aid. All information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purposes of determining level of financial aid.

The program fee is $2,450.00 per year. Each child’s family must pay the deposit fee of $650 towards their child’s facility fees per year, which is non-refundable. In addition another $250 must be paid bringing the total amount paid to a minimum of $900; the maximum financial aid covered by the Centre is to $1550 per child. In return, a minimum of 100 volunteer hours is expected. The required number of volunteer hours will decrease with higher payment amounts.
