Get to Know Seven Summits Centre for Learning:'On Demand' & tailored to you
Please fill in this short form below so that we can arrange your 'On-Demand' session. Virtual or In-person.
Having hosted our first ever virtual Q & A session in place of our annual in-person orientation day for students in grades 8 - 12 we are extending and expanding the invitation, making it even more flexible and tailored! The Seven Summits Centre for Learning is an option for students seeking a flexible and self-driven public high school education with a difference. Parents are invited to attend their own personalised event, with or without their student, from the comfort of their dining chair, home office, living room or lunchbreak work station, on a day and time that suits.
For families who want to have real, tailored, conversations with administrators, teachers, and students, the 'On demand' event enables participants to dive into the heart of what is important and gain an authentic perspective of life at 7S at a time that is convenient to them and in a format that they are comfortable with.
“It won’t be a bunch of administrators, talking about how great the Learning Centre is,” says Vivienne Hurley, marketing coordinator, Seven Summits Centre for Learning. “We want to create honest, down to earth virtual events that connect and resonate with local families or set up covid friendly, in-person ones for individuals who are 'zoomed' out. We're extremely flexible, can tailor the event to them, and can facilitate frank discussions on a variety of platforms which will enable families to direct the flow of conversation and address what is important to them."
7S creates an exciting adventure in learning with Free Fridays, small classes and an entire cohort under 50 students. 7S also has an impressive track record of academic success since partnering with Navigate NIDES (School District 71): A 100% graduation rate with 90%+ achieving Honour Roll standing and two 7S alumni being Governor-General's Academic Medal winners.
